“The reason I joined Merit was because over the last several years I continued to gain weight. When I would start to diet and eat better I struggled to stay on track. I would do good for a few weeks or months but would fall back into my bad eating habits. I knew it was time for me to get back down to my fighting weight and thought it would be good for me to have some help doing it. The big difference for me this time than in my past was the help and education I was provided by the ladies at merit.
